Senior UX/UI Designer (Contractor)
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of the end‑to‑end user experience and interface design for an Enterprise Mobile App. As part of a lean delivery team, this role requires a hands‑on, self‑driven design professional who can independently drive UX strategy, translate business requirements into intuitive mobile experiences, and ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end UX and UI design lifecycle for the enterprise mobile application.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand business needs and user personas, including employees, line managers, senior management, executive assistants, and system administrators.
- Define user journeys, interaction models, and workflow experiences for role‑based use cases.
- Design intuitive approval workflows, dashboards, and mobile‑first interactions that minimize user friction.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs for mobile interfaces.
- Design persona‑driven dashboards, dynamic home screens, and data visualization layouts for executive and operational users.
- Develop and maintain reusable design components, mobile UI standards, and scalable design systems.
- Ensure all designs align with corporate branding, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Deliver developer‑ready design assets, specifications, and interaction documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Support UAT cycles, usability validation sessions, and design refinements based on feedback.
- Ensure the final product delivers clear, accessible, and mobile‑first user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with strong experience designing enterprise or workflow‑driven mobile applications.
