The Senior Specialist Communications Technologies will be responsible for the installation, configuration and operation of audio-visual AV systems and equipment. The role also includes supporting the maintenance of AV system servers, ensuring optimal performance and monitoring systems to identify and resolve technical issues within established response times.
Responsibilities- Install, configure and operate audio-visual systems and related equipment.
- Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of AV system servers and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly within defined SLAs.
- Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and in line with operational standards.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. - Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders;
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
