Senior Oracle ERP E-Business Suite; EBS Technical & Functional Consul

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS R12 modules, translating complex business requirements into robust technical and functional solutions.
• Develop and execute complex PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
• Architect and implement efficient data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the EBS lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical and functional issues across various EBS modules, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
• Design and develop reports using Oracle BI Publisher, Discoverer, and SQL
  * Plus, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Oracle EBS Technical and Functional consulting experience.
• Experience in at least 5 full‑lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 and R12.2 architecture.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and BI Publisher.
• Strong Oracle APEX development experience.
• Strong Oracle AME implementation experience.
• Strong API and integration development experience.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Oracle EBS implementations in large enterprises.
• Integration with payment gateways and banking platforms.
• Integration with identity management solutions such as Keycloak and SSO platforms.
• Experience managing technical teams and mentoring junior consultants.
