Job Purpose
The Senior Associate – Innovation will support the Innovation function through structured analysis, performance tracking, and data‑driven reporting. The role will focus on evaluating innovation initiatives, supporting pilot governance, and enabling informed decision‑making through robust analytics and dashboarding.
The position requires strong analytical capability, advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization Tools expertise, financial modelling skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties Innovation Portfolio Tracking- Maintain and update the innovation portfolio dashboard.
- Track KPIs across pilot projects and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Highlight risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards.
- Integrate data from multiple business units into structured reports.
- Automate recurring reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Support financial modelling for innovation initiatives.
- Conduct ROI analysis and scenario modelling for pilot projects.
- Assist in evaluating cost savings and revenue potential.
- Support assessment of startups and technology partners.
- Contribute to scoring models and evaluation frameworks.
- Prepare structured analytical summaries for decision‑making forums.
- Prepare concise, insight‑driven presentations for leadership.
- Provide analytical input to Innovation Committee materials.
- Ensure timely and structured reporting across initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Professional certifications in data analytics or BI tools are an advantage.
- 6‑8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or innovation‑related roles.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Exposure to project evaluation, performance tracking, or portfolio reporting is preferred.
- Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization capability, including dashboard design and data modelling.
- Strong Excel skills for structured analysis and reporting.
- Good understanding of financial concepts, including ROI, cost‑benefit analysis, and basic business case evaluation.
- Familiarity with performance tracking frameworks and KPI development.
