Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Now Developer to lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise‑level Service Now solutions. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.
- Lead platform customization, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Develop complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
- Integrate Service Now with third‑party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and governance compliance.
- Support release management, deployments, and production issues.
- Strong experience in Service Now platform development and administration.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and APIs.
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now best practices and platform architecture.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM or other Service Now certifications.
- Experience leading offshore/onshore teams.
