AboutThe Role
The Account Director – UAE is a senior commercial leader responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic and high-potential enterprise clients across the region.
This role focuses on building executive-level relationships, driving solution-led sales, and securing long-term transformation and managed services engagements.
You will own the full sales lifecycle and work cross-functionally to shape client strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute annual and multi-year account plans aligned with client priorities
- Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and pipeline development across strategic accounts
- Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Build and maintain C-level relationships across client organisations
- Understand client strategies and identify transformation opportunities
- Lead integrated account teams to deliver cohesive solutions
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial models
- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and delivery teams
- Manage the full sales cycle following governance and methodology
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients
- Act as a technical sounding board for client CXOs, mapping complex technical capabilities directly to high-level business value and strategy.
- Design sophisticated commercial models that incorporate professional services, cloud consumption, and advanced technical infrastructure integration.
- Proven experience in a senior Account Director or Strategic Account Manager role
- Strong track record managing enterprise accounts in UAE or GCC
- Experience in solution selling across cloud, data, or AI
- Experience in complex deal cycles and negotiations
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in technology consulting, advisory services, or complex project implementation management.
- Experience working with modern data architectures and enterprise AI frameworks.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy:
Ability to confidently articulate complex technical architectures and data strategies peer-to-peer with client technical leads. - Understanding of project delivery metrics, risk management in technical implementations, and total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling.
