AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, and large language model (LLM)-based systems. • Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real‑world business applications.
• Build predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and automation solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.

• Develop and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build AI assistants, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Fine‑tune, customize, and optimize foundation models for specific business use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions using modern frameworks and APIs.

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI and machine learning workflows.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.

• Deploy AI/ML models and applications in cloud and production environments.
• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost‑efficiency of AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AI systems.

• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to enhance AI capabilities across the organization.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and model deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and database technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar AI ecosystems.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI applications.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable AI infrastructure.
