Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead the organization’s technology function and ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across the company and its related operations.

The IT Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s business objectives. The role will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, enterprise applications, digital platforms, customer-facing technologies, data management, and system integration across Jubail Island’s corporate offices, community facilities, parks, marina, and operational sites.

The role will also support the organization’s digital development by identifying practical opportunities to improve business processes, enhance customer experience, strengthen data visibility, and introduce relevant technologies, including automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and secure cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted technology advisor to executive management and will work closely with internal departments, subsidiaries, vendors, and external partners to ensure that IT services support operational continuity, business growth, cybersecurity resilience, and the long-term digital direction of Jubail Island.

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy, roadmap, and technology governance framework.
