Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for technology. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining our clients' IT systems.

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in‑person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new technology solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT industry
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
• Provide training and support to clients on new technology systems and software

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
