Oracle EBS R12 HRMS Functional Consultant
Location & Hiring InformationAbu Dhabi, UAE – Permanent position – Join immediately (ASAP)
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support and timely resolution for Oracle HRMS modules and related integrations in Oracle EBS R12.
- Work with end users to understand business issues, troubleshoot system problems, and provide practical solutions.
- Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher‑level support teams when required.
- Support system enhancements, customizations and integrations to meet business needs.
- Prepare functional specifications for data conversion, migration and interfaces.
- Support and document business processes, procedures, and system changes.
- Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while ensuring system governance is maintained.
- Conduct process design workshops to assess current processes and define future‑state improvements.
- Develop and deliver user training on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices.
- Create and maintain user guides, troubleshooting documents and knowledge base materials.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS R12 features and recommend system improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of functional implementation and support experience in Oracle HRMS.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Experience in solution design and system configuration.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in creating functional specifications for interfaces, data conversion and migration.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HRMS functionalities.
- Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams including HR, Finance, SCM, IT and business operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working as a trusted advisor across business and IT teams.
- Strong background in process improvement, system governance and ERP project support.
The ideal candidate is an Oracle HRMS functional specialist with deep experience in Oracle EBS R12, capable of supporting business users, managing system enhancements, handling UAT and translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
