As the Director of Enterprise Applications and Digital Platforms, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of technology solutions aligned with overarching organizational goals.

You will champion the introduction of intelligent automation, manage cross‑functional workflows, and shape the enterprise data roadmap. This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex research requirements and enterprise‑grade technology infrastructure.

• Lead the digital transformation program to introduce intelligent automation and drive productivity.
• Translate business, research, and operational challenges into analytics‑driven and intelligence‑enabled solutions.
• Contribute to the enterprise data roadmap, ensuring alignment with digital transformation priorities.
• Lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions including predictive analytics and executive dashboards.
• Deploy advanced intelligence‑powered solutions including generative use cases, intelligent assistants, and decision support tools.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of enterprise‑grade CRM and ERP platforms.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform cost‑benefit analysis, total cost of ownership evaluations, and make buy recommendations on digital solutions.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for large‑scale digital initiatives.
• Mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Discover the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience in business solutions, process improvement, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large‑scale integrated system implementations.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S4
  
  HANA, MS Dynamics
  365, Salesforce, Ariba, or Oracle Fusion; extensive experience in data analysis and visualization using business intelligence platforms including SAP Analytics Cloud and MS Power BI; familiarity with popular artificial intelligence ecosystems and models including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini; deep understanding of business process modeling, system integration, and data management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience driving change across complex environments.
