We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Consultant to support the technical design, development, integration, customization, reporting, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. The role focuses on delivering technical solutions across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules while supporting Oracle PaaS/SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting tools, data migration, and post‑implementation support.

• Support the technical implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Work across Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, WSDL, and related web services.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
• Support customizations and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS, and ATP.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and loading activities using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL.
• Gather technical requirements in coordination with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable ERP solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, go‑live, and post‑implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, reports, workflows, customizations, and system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, test scripts, deployment documents, and user guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business users to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and technical support.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an ERP Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Experience working across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS, and ATP.
• Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with REST, SOAP, WSDL web services, SQL, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Oracle application tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes, integrations, reporting, customization, and technical support.
• Ability to collaborate with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
