Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key initiatives.
* Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
* Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and success.
* Drive product innovation and continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
* Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.## Requirements
* Proven experience in product management, preferably within the technology or talent acquisition sectors.
* Strong understanding of the MENA technology ecosystem and emerging market trends.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to define and articulate complex product strategies, requirements, and user stories.
* Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
