Whatyou will own
Design and run full‑funnel demand‑gen campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and organic channels targeting multiple markets and regions.
- Own the customer journey end‑to‑end, from first touchpoint through activation, including landing pages, nurture flows, and lifecycle triggers in Hub Spot.
- Build and manage UTM frameworks, tracking infrastructure, and attribution logic so we always know what is working and why.
- Run structured experiments across creative, audience, and messaging, and ship learnings quickly into the next iteration.
- Collaborate with content, tech, and dev teams to align campaign messaging with real buyer pain points.
- Coordinate with influencer and partnership programs – managing seeding, briefing, and performance tracking.
- Report clearly on pipeline contribution, cost per acquisition, and funnel velocity. No vanity metrics.
- 2 to 3 years of hands‑on demand‑gen or performance marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Think in customer journeys instinctively – you have the knack to think through what a user needs to see, hear, and feel at each stage before they convert.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, plus at least one of Tik Tok Ads or You Tube.
- Comfortable with Hub Spot or a comparable marketing automation platform, building workflows and setting up lead scoring.
- Sharp analytical instincts: you can read a dashboard and immediately know what question to ask next.
- Fast on your feet: you adapt when a campaign under performs, you don’t wait for a meeting to decide what to do.
- Clear, direct communicator who can brief a designer or an influencer with equal confidence.
- Some exposure to multilingual or multi‑market campaigns is a strong plus.
Probably worked somewhere big enough to know the playbook but small enough to know it does not always apply. You are not waiting to be told what to test. You take a brief, fill in the gaps yourself, and bring back results. You care about the customer’s experience because you understand that good marketing is just clarity about what someone actually needs.
