Senior Product Manager AI

Synopsis

The Senior AI Product Manager leads the discovery, delivery, and scaling of AI products across the business. The role owns the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of AI capabilities that touch our customers, our operations, and the teams that support them, translating complex problems into AI products that deliver measurable value.

Sitting at the intersection of AI, engineering, design, and business, the role exists to ensure that AI investments move beyond experimentation into production‑grade products that are trusted, responsible, and commercially impactful in a large, operationally complex environment.

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap for the assigned area, aligned to clear business and customer outcomes.
• Discover high‑value opportunities by working closely with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and data scientists to identify where AI creates the most impact.
• Shape build‑vs‑buy‑vs‑partner decisions for foundation models, agent frameworks, and AI solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery from problem framing and feasibility through design, development, launch, and iteration.
• Drive products to production quality, partnering across engineering, design, data, and operations to ensure AI products are reliable, monitored, and continuously improved.
• Define success metrics and build the measurement frameworks to prove AI value in terms the business understands.
• Champion responsible AI by embedding safety, fairness, explainability, and privacy into every product decision.
• Ensure compliance with emerging AI regulation, data protection, and internal governance standards.
• Manage stakeholders across the organization, from executive sponsors to frontline users, and align them behind a shared vision.
• Mentor other product managers and help raise the bar for AI product craft across the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years delivering AI/ML or data products in production.
• Proven ability to take AI products from 0→1 and scale them to measurable business impact.
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI (LLMs, generative AI, RAG, agentic architectures, classical ML, evaluation, guardrails).
• Able to effectively challenge and collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Hands‑on familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and major model providers.
• Strong data literacy, comfortable with experimentation and interpreting model metrics in relation to business KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to shift seamlessly between technical detail and executive‑level discussion.
• Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and emerging AI regulations.
• Experience with agentic or conversational AI at enterprise scale is a plus.
