The role focuses on analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical integration solutions that connect corporate clients with internal systems through APIs, file transfers, or other connectivity channels. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to design, implement, and support integrations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity as well as smooth client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Attend stand‑ups and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Review and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support testing activities and client onboarding.
- Handle client requests and maintain clear documentation.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in system analysis, project management, or business analysis within a technology‑driven environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) are advantageous.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall.
