Job SummaryTo consult and support all stakeholders during the different stages of ERP planning, implementation, and post‑go‑live maintenance. This includes gathering requirements, designing the solution, setting criteria to assess quality, contributing to technical and functional development, and consulting during configuration of various functions and modules. The consultant will continue to support development of new requirements, add‑ons, changes, implementation, maintenance, support, quarterly upgrades, and reporting.
Responsibilities- Think beyond short‑term objectives to consider the broader vision and strategic goals to enhance ERP functional and technical implementation, operation, and utilization.
- Support the cascading of the overall functional strategy into operational goals that contribute to HR digital transformation.
- Facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives by fostering process automation per standards and expedite quality of ERP operations, development, changes, support, and utilization.
- Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject‑matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle.
- Identify business requirements and map them functionally to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle Projects, and cross‑functional modules.
- Conduct functional and technical design workshops for existing and new business requirements.
- Undertake assessments and technical design workshops for existing and new business requirements.
- Lead and mentor business user interaction for requirement capturing, CRP sessions, task item completion, phase exit presentations, sign‑offs for new enhancements, implementations, and rollouts.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert within the Oracle Fusion ERP data domain, covering HCM, Payroll, Absence management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Human capital planning, Self‑Service, Recruitment, and related areas.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on all reporting tools, BIP, OTBI, and custom reports, and advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
- Configure Oracle Cloud applications, document application set‑ups, write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions, define and document testing scenarios, and develop test scripts.
- Support end users with test script execution, develop end‑user documentation and training materials, deliver end‑user training, and effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
- Work closely with peers responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions, sharing knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.
- Plan, lead, and implement quarterly upgrades on time.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- Certified accountant preferred, with a combination of a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a functional lead role.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) complete implementations as a functional consultant.
- Fusion HCM certification preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years experience with at least three (3) Fusion projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Fusion release 9 or higher.
- Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP products, and expertise in documentation of various stages of Fusion cloud methodology.
- Mandatory in‑depth experience with Payroll and Human Capital Management.
- Experience preferred in at least two of the following modules:
Time & Labor, Goal Management, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation. - Upgrade and implementation experience across all project phases:
Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, and Testing. - Oracle Cloud HCM hands‑on experience in at least two or more modules:
Core HCM (mandatory), Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Benefits, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Interface, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Management, Workforce Compensation. - Prior experience leading HCM production support, implementations, and upgrade projects on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expertise in end‑user engagement from initiation, requirements gathering, CRP, UAT, migration, training, transition, and support.
- Expert in preparation of configuration workbooks, user manuals, design documents, test scripts, and documentation preparation & workshops.
- Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
