- Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- 3+ years of experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Emerging technologies, particularly in generative AI and cloud computing
