Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, resources and timelines while proactively managing risks and issues.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, changes and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Agile methodologies to foster collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement within the project team.

, BS in Computer Science - Desirable:
Masters in Information Systems
, Yellow Six Sigma - Essential: 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible IT experience with a commitment to business problem solving.

Five years of successfully managing complex and risky projects. - Essential:
Five or more years of BU or BU‑facing experience.
- Essential:
Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills, vital for a highly visible position with substantial impact. - Essential:
Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment. - Essential:
Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and how enterprises use them to drive digital business. - Essential:
Ability to support a tactical resource plan by mapping future demand to forecast project completions in the project portfolio. - Desirable:
Management of personnel resources, reading comprehension, knowledge of project management methodology and experience with major program management approaches (e.g., PMI or PRINCE2 and agile approaches). - Desirable:
Significant knowledge of project planning/scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project and Open Workbench) with a solid record of practical application. - Desirable:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, expertise in setting and managing customer expectations. - Desirable:
Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources. - Desirable:
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
