Power BI Developer; EPIC Clarity Certified

We are currently seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our client on a 12-month contract based onsite in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale healthcare data and reporting initiatives, delivering impactful business intelligence solutions that support critical decision‑making.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide meaningful business insights.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and visualizations.
• Support ongoing reporting enhancements and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and data governance.

• Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
• Mandatory:
  Candidates MUST hold an EPIC Clarity Certification. Applications without EPIC Clarity certification will not be considered.

• Previous experience within healthcare environments.
• Exposure to EPIC reporting and healthcare data ecosystems.
• Experience with data warehousing and enterprise reporting solutions.
