Solution Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to orchestrate end-to-end technology strategies that advance our client’s strategic agenda. The role spans multiple business domains, translating intricate requirements into scalable, secure, and governance-aligned architectures. You will shape reference architectures, oversee implementation, and guide migrations and integrations across hybrid environments with particular focus on data-centric banking considerations and regulatory alignment.

• Articulate and govern integrated solution design across data, application, and cloud layers to enable enterprise objectives.
• Partner with diverse teams to craft architectural roadmaps that reflect business priorities and risk tolerance.
• Assess and select technologies and platforms that optimize performance, security, and regulatory compliance in a regulated sector.
• Provide strategic oversight during planning, execution, and validation of data flows, migrations, and integrations in cloud-first or hybrid contexts.
• Ensure compatibility with core banking upgrades, CRM ecosystems, ESP integrations, and enterprise communications strategies.
• Lead architecture governance, mentoring teams to uphold internal standards and industry best practices.

• 10+ years of IT architecture leadership with emphasis on data, cloud, and applications within financial services.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, regulated program outcomes in banking or related disciplines.
• Specialized knowledge in data architecture, data governance, and enterprise integration patterns for financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the ability to design scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• In-depth understanding of core banking transformations and the integration of enterprise applications.
• Experience with CRM and ESP ecosystems and associated data workflows.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
