Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands‑on IT administration and support experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra )
- Windows endpoint management, security, patching & antivirus
- NAS/File Server & VPN administration
- Solid networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN troubleshooting)
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
- Information security awareness and access‑control management
- Excellent user support, communication, and problem‑solving skills
