Consultant – Policy & Process Development; Oracle ERP

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT functions
• Develop and enhance policies, procedures, SOPs, governance frameworks, process maps, workflows, and RACI matrices
• Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process assessments and design Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Align business processes with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle E‑Business Suite workflows, controls, and approval hierarchies
• Support Oracle ERP implementation through process‑to‑system mapping and transformation initiatives
• Define user roles, approval workflows, and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses while ensuring audit‑ready documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, obtain approvals, and prepare executive presentations and governance reports
• Track project documentation, version control, and implementation progress

• 10+ years of experience in Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR), policy development, organizational design, or management consulting
• Strong expertise in developing policies, procedures, SOPs, governance frameworks, and process mapping
• Experience across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT business functions
• Functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)
• Hands‑on experience with As‑Is & To‑Be process assessments and Target Operating Model (TOM) design
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, documentation, and executive presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA and professional certifications (CBAP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, TOGAF, Oracle ERP) are an advantage
• Candidates currently based in the UAE with a valid Employment Visa/Own Visa will be preferred
