Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support in IT operations, ERP and HRMS software. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting ERP and database tasks and HR payroll application.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, network, and ERP systems
- Assist in ERP user management, troubleshooting, and data maintenance
- Support basic database operations such as backups, restores, and simple queries
- Help manage IT assets, user accounts, and system documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT or system issues
- Install and configure software, operating systems, and printers
- Assist in installing and updating software, operating systems, and security tools
- Support employee onboarding with IT account and system setup
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, ERP user guides, and database logs
- Maintain employee attendance records through the HRMS system
- Assist in Quick Books ERP user support and backups
- Assist HR in ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime data through HRMS software
- Support user access and troubleshooting for HRMS accounts
- Coordinate with HR to implement updates or improvements in HRMS workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of Quick Books & Oracle ERP systems
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll management software
- Understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle)
- Good command of MS Excel and report generation
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential HR data with integrity
- Knowledge of SQL queries and database reporting
- Understanding of IT systems, data backups, and networking basics
- Exposure to attendance and payroll processing workflows
