Senior Global Network Design & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of enterprise network platforms including Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ACI, SD-Access, ISE, and Enterprise Wireless.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows for provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and lifecycle operations.
• Develop API-driven integrations between Cisco platforms and enterprise systems such as Service Now and Orion.
• Automate Catalyst Center workflows including device onboarding, configuration deployment, assurance, and reporting.
• Automate identity and policy workflows using Cisco ISE APIs for authentication, authorization, segmentation, and profiling.
• Enable policy-driven automation for SD-Access fabric provisioning and segmentation.
• Automate ACI operations including EPG, BD, contract provisioning, policy deployment, and configuration validation.
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, Net Dev Ops  practices, and automated network lifecycle management.
• Utilize APIs, scripting, and orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Reduce manual operations through standardization, orchestration, and self-service capabilities.

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven experience deploying and delivering large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI, SD-Access, Catalyst Center, ISE, and Enterprise Wireless.
• Experience with Catalyst Center automation, assurance, and API integrations.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations with geographically distributed offices.

• Python scripting for network automation.
• Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• REST API integration and automation.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
