Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Technical Specialist with primary expertise in Microsoft Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate). The ideal candidate must also demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, agents, Viva Suite, and modern workplace automation, with the ability to design, manage, and optimize enterprise‑scale productivity solutions.
Core Technical Skills- Microsoft Power Platform administration:
Power Apps, Power Automate - Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, agents, Viva Suite
- Modern workplace automation, design, management, optimization of enterprise‑scale productivity solutions
- Microsoft 365 Messaging and Collaboration services:
Exchange on premises, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Hybrid Active Directory, AD Azure AD, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Microsoft Defender, Enterprise Vault, Microsoft licensing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development, with at least 3 years focused on the Power Platform
- Advanced Microsoft certifications such as MCSE:
Productivity Solutions Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or equivalent - Proven track record of successfully designing and deploying enterprise‑level M365 and Power Platform solutions
