VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Solution Architect for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

• Minimum of overall 8 years of IT experience in Banking Space
• Holds at the minimum a TOGAF foundation certification and detailed experience in business architecture.
• Experience in RRC tool is an added advantage
• Have worked at least 3 years in EA or SOA based implementation
• A minimum of 5 Years of hands‑on / functional experience in designing Software products / solutions in the above areas
• Knowledge/experience of/with testing processes
• Experience in business process modeling tools (e.g. UML), information architecture (wireframes etc)
• User interface knowledge

• Should have prior experience in functional design of retail channel based products / solutions such as ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking
• Good understanding of Retail Payment Channels
  - Funds Transfers
  - Local / Remittances
• Fair Business knowledge in Retail Banking Products in the following Areas
  - Branches, Cards, Collection, Credit, Finance, Liabilities, Loans and Mortgages, Retail Backoffice
• Good exposure in Business Process Management
• Ability to articulate SOA based Functional Solution
• Strong skills to analyse, challenge and decompose business requirements to use case, function points
• Strong skills to identify and define business / IT services and produce associated architecture related artifacts
• Good know how on Wealth Related Products
  - Bonds, MF, Structure Products
• Fair understanding of Insurance Products
• Been part of the various stages of project lifecycle including requirements analysis, functional design, testing (nice to have) and roll out (nice to have)
• Prior experience in conducting Integration / design workshops
• Fair analytical skills Reporting
• Eagerness to contribute beyond call of duty
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player

• Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality functional specifications
• Gap analysis between the business requirements and the existing business applications/processes
• Validation of the implemented solution against the functional specifications to ensure that the project matches the business requirements
• Provide robust functional design as aligned with the business requirements
• Walkthrough of functional requirements to the business and technology stakeholders
• Functional analysis of business requirements by identifying potential problems and proposing solutions
• Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best‑in‑class solutions
• Provide requirement clarity to IT Developers to avoid gaps in delivery
• Provide functional walkthrough of developed solution to the project stakeholders

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
