D&T Network Lead

Overview

The Network Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Agthia Group’s network infrastructure across all operating companies. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of network services supporting business operations, digital transformation initiatives, and cloud adoption. The role will lead the standardization and optimization of network architecture across multiple geographies, drive network modernization initiatives, and ensure resilient, scalable, and secure connectivity across datacenters, cloud environments, and site locations.

Additionally, the Network Lead is accountable for delivering operational excellence in network services, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting business continuity through robust network design and proactive monitoring.

• Lead the design, implementation, and standardization of network architecture across all Agthia locations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WiFi, DC, Cloud connectivity).
• Drive modernization initiatives including WAN transformation, SD-WAN, and cloud networking enablement.
• Oversee day-to-day network operations, incident resolution, and problem management across all regions.
• Optimize network cost and utilization across geographies (links, hardware, licenses).
• Ensure proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning of network services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
• Relevant industry certifications preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure, security, and enterprise deployments
• Proven experience in network architecture, design, and large-scale implementations across enterprise environments
• Experience working across multi-site / multi-country environments and complex infrastructures.
• Enterprise networking (Routing & Switching – Cisco-based environments).
• Data center networking (ACI, SDN-based architectures).
• Network security (Firewalls: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Network automation (Python, Ansible – basic to intermediate).
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Wireshark).
• High-level and low-level design documentation (HLD / LLD).
• Network security architecture and segmentation.
• Business continuity and disaster recovery design.
