Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and roadmap for all contactless payment solutions aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contactless applications from ideation, design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage relationships with technology partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of contactless services.
- Drive innovation in contactless technologies, exploring emerging trends such as NFC, QR codes, biometrics, and tokenization to enhance user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in applications development and management.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with applications and integrations development using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Kubernetes, and COM components SDK integration.
- Contactless Ticketing Solution exposure and related applications.
- Knowledge of API‑related integrations and development, with SQL skills to support business operations.
- Experience managing ticketing applications and point of sale (POS) applications.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C applications.
- Experience with data modeling tools and major DBMS systems.
- Design and development of integration and reporting services.
- Experience in project management.
- Desirable certifications:
Oracle or SQL Server database management, ITIL Foundation, Master of Business Administration. - Strong analytical skills and ability to approach challenges with a diagnostic approach to find solutions to difficult technology and business problems.
- Strong understanding of business concepts and general business functions.
- Understanding of latest UX best practices and use of mobile applications.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement and find solutions.
- Experience identifying business operational issues and recommending and implementing technical solutions to resolve problems.
- Ability to readily learn and adapt to new technologies, industry practices, and trends.
- Experience in application integration management and programming skills.
