Agile Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to the newly formed Service team and support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion.
• Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur.
• Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework and guide them to greater Agile maturity.
• Build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility and can voice opinions and concerns.
• Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests, ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Act as the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams where there are interdependencies.
• Monitor value delivered and facilitate retrospectives to identify ways to optimize value creation for business users and customers.
• Responsible for delivery of features and initiatives for the Service Team, ensuring requirements are on the backlog, prioritized, and worked upon for timely implementation.
• Track program schedule, provide timely reporting and escalation, and maintain tracking/reporting of project risks, issues, and change register to avoid impact on program delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project or product management, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Experience in the technology or SaaS industry, understanding complex software development environments.
