Oracle HCM payroll

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant for one of our reputed client in Abu Dhabi UAE. In this role, you will lead and support Oracle HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring the successful configuration and optimization of payroll processes for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping organizations effectively manage their payroll operations.

• Oracle HCM Payroll Implementation:
  Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Payroll Process Optimization:
  Collaborate with clients to analyze and enhance their payroll processes, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Payroll best practices.
• System Configuration:
  Configure Oracle HCM Payroll modules to meet client-specific payroll requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Data Migration:
  Oversee data migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless transition to the Oracle HCM Payroll system.
• User Training and Support:
  Provide training to end-users and support staff on Oracle HCM Payroll functionality, troubleshooting issues, and guiding on best practices.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, configurations, and customizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Oracle certifications related to HCM Cloud are a plus.
