Responsibilities
- Provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Log, track and update tickets in ITSM tools with accurate details
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolution timelines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Relevant certification
- Foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Bloomberg application
- Experience with audio-visual devices
- Arabic speaker
- Well-mannered and well-groomed
