We have an urgent requirement for Service Now ITOM & AIOps Administrator in banking domain for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Service Now ITOM & AIOps Administrator with strong expertise in implementing, administering, and optimizing Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, AIOps, integrations, and automation to improve IT operations, observability, and service reliability.
Skills- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now ITOM modules.
- Strong experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
- Hands‑on experience with AIOps, including:
- Event Correlation
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Predictive Insights
- Log Analytics
- Health Monitoring
- Service Reliability Management
- Experience implementing and supporting Now Assist for ITOM.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB administration, CI relationships, and data accuracy.
- Experience integrating Service Now with monitoring tools and cloud platforms.
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs.
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure integrations.
- Experience in Service Now platform administration, upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
- Configure, administer, and maintain Service Now ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy, governance, and continuous maintenance.
- Build and maintain service maps for business‑critical applications.
- Configure Event Management and AIOps capabilities for proactive monitoring and intelligent event correlation.
- Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Predictive Insights, Log Analytics, and Health Monitoring.
- Configure and optimize Now Assist for ITOM to improve operational efficiency and incident response.
- Design and develop integrations with third‑party monitoring solutions and cloud platforms.
- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, Orchestration, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Monitor Service Now platform performance and perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to enhance operational visibility and automation.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM.
- Service Now AIOps Certification.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with enterprise observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Exposure to Dev Ops practices and automation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
- Service Now AIOps Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification
