Key Responsibilities
- Administration/Support of Projects
- Administration/Support of Maintenance
- Administration/Support of application or system related issue resolution.
- Expert in all Microsoft Infrastructure domains (exchange, active directory, domain controllers, file‑print servers) – Deploy, Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot.
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (Xen App/Xen Desktop)
- Citrix Access Gateway/Net Scaler/Application Delivery Controller (ADC)
- Server and Software patching and upgrades
- Power Shell scripting
- Understanding of Enterprise Storage
- Understanding of Networking Concepts
- Azure Cloud Infrastructure – Deploy, Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot.
- Proficiency in ITIL V3
