Job DescriptionThe role of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Technical Developer will be familiar with at least two end-to-end implementations of corporate CRM systems in Dynamics 365. The Microsoft Dynamics Technical Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and testing the solutions. The Microsoft Dynamics Technical Developer will be considered a product expert responsible for providing support in CRM issue escalation and resolution.
This role is typically focused on more complex assignments, often requiring diverse inputs, processes, and/or outcomes with room for discretion within established parameters.
SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- One of the following certifications is required:
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. - Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience implementing online (cloud) CRM solutions, with at least one end-to-end implementation.
- Deep understanding of best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in Power Automate flows, Azure Functions, Web Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience in the public sector is desirable.
- Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Groups or Teams, Omni Channel, Power Apps, and Common Data Services.
- Adherence to the software development standards adopted by the client.
- Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience implementing a corporate CRM system in Dynamics 365.
- Proactively manage stakeholders and track milestones, decisions, issues, and interdependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet goals.
- Work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively.
