Senior Specialist – Reporting

Responsibilities

• Create advanced reporting solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Design and develop executive-level dashboards and performance metrics to ensure clarity and impact.
• Automate reporting processes using scripting and advanced tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity for accurate reporting.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on reporting best practices and technical skills development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences.
