Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users to validate solutions.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze and optimize existing banking processes, systems, and customer journeys.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
• Contribute to initiatives involving customer onboarding, KYC, customer lifecycle management, and digital banking transformation.

• Previous experience in UAE banking institutions or international/Western corporate environments.
• Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, Fin Tech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
• Strong domain knowledge across banking products, customer onboarding, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
