We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on laptop configuration, delivery, and post-implementation support for applications such as Outlook and Teams. This position will also involve setting up meeting rooms from scratch and providing support for audio‑visual devices.
Experience & Skills- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Relevant certification
- Foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Bloomberg application
- Experience with audio‑visual devices
- Provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Log, track, and update tickets in ITSM tools with accurate details
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolution timelines
- Arabic speaker
- Well‑mannered and well‑groomed
