Sundus in Abu Dhabi is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deliver day‑to‑day technical support, covering desktops, laptops, printers, and devices. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot cross‑platform issues, and assist with onboarding, security, and asset inventory.
The role requires 1–4 years in IT support, familiarity with Service Now or Fresh service, and strong English communication. UAE work authorization is required;
Arabic is a plus.
