Role Overview
Lead the Access Management Control framework across the bank, driving robust Identity Access Management (IDAM) practices, strengthening Segregation of Duties (SoD), and embedding automation, enhancing controls, and governance standards.
What You Will DoWork with stakeholders to enhance access management processes, controls, and onboarding new applications in IDAM, and supervise user's definition and systems access process.
Why It Might Be a FitStrong expertise in IAM frameworks, experience in Access Management Governance frameworks, and hands-on experience with IDAM tools and platforms are required for this role.
Requirements- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM) frameworks
- Proven experience in Access Management Governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with IDAM tools and platforms
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
- Strong process improvement and re-engineering skills
