L3 Microsoft 365 Engineer

The L3 Microsoft 365 Engineer serves as the senior technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 environment, providing advanced support, administration, and optimization across the M365 platform. The role requires broad expertise across collaboration, messaging, identity, security, compliance, and endpoint management services.

• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Entra , Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Manage identity, access, authentication, conditional access, and security controls.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Develop Power Shell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support M365 projects, migrations, upgrades, and service improvements.
• Maintain platform governance, security, compliance, and operational documentation.

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and administration experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise across the M365 ecosystem.
• Experience with enterprise-scale environments and hybrid Microsoft platforms.
• Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Security, Identity, or Messaging Certifications
• ITIL Foundation
