MDM Lead - Oracle

Core Technologies:
Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality, Siebel UCM, and Oracle Data Integrator.

Lead and manage all Master Data Management (MDM) activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsible for the design, delivery, and support of MDM applications while maintaining the quality, integrity, and consistency of enterprise data.

• Experience:
  
  8+ years in MDM, specifically within the banking domain, including strategy definition and architecture design.
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong proficiency in Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality, Siebel UCM, and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Data Management:
  Proficient in data cleansing, standardization, clustering, matching, de-duplication, and reference data management.
• UI & Process Design:
  Skilled in designing Data Steward UIs, managing merge/unmerge processes, and automating suspect queue resolution.
• Functional Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of cross-referencing, survivorship, source data history, and publish/subscribe models.
• Data Quality:
  Ability to define and implement data quality rules, conduct root cause analysis, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Communication:
  Effective communicator capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

• Design, support, and deliver MDM solutions tailored to business needs.
• Provide standards, guidelines, and code reviews to ensure consistent enterprise-wide practices.
• Document procedures and ensure alignment with organizational governance frameworks.
• Operate within MDM policies and group governance structures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
