1.Experience in Chatbottesting (conversation and voice testing, multiple instructions in a request,conversations with background noises, different dictions, localization needs,ability of the Chatbot to help in user navigation and the ability to handle errorsetc.,)
2.Devise and implement test strategy,design and perform functional testing, participate in design & development for test automation, assist business users, perform defect management, rootcause analysis and reporting.
3.Should be familiar with any test case/Defect management tool (Confluence / JIRA )
4.Working knowledge of Kanban orother visual management methodologies.
