- Perform independent QA reviews of:
- Data mapping documents
- Data cleansing approach
- Transformation logic
- Code/value conversions
- Oracle data model alignment
- Ensure robust migration controls are implemented for:
- Data extraction
- Data transformation
- Data loading
- Data reconciliation
- Business and technical sign-offs
- Validate data migration testing across all phases:
- Playback cycles
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Review and validate reconciliation for key enterprise data domains:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Drive defect management by:
- Tracking migration defects
- Coordinating issue resolution
- Verifying fixes
- Ensuring environment readiness
- Support production cutover activities by:
- Validating migration readiness
- Supporting cutover execution
- Verifying post-migration data quality
- Ensuring successful migration completion
- Provide overall Data Migration Quality Assurance (QA) governance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in Data Migration Quality Assurance (QA)
- Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud implementations
- Proven experience in enterprise ERP transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of data reconciliation, validation, migration controls, and testing methodologies
- Experience working across Finance, HR, and SCM functional domains
- Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and defect management skills
