Contract Duration12 months
Key Responsibilities- Provide deskside and remote IT support for incidents and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Configure and deploy laptops and provide post‑implementation support
- Support applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and similar business tools
- Set up meeting rooms, including audio‑visual equipment and related systems
- Troubleshoot Bloomberg application and terminal issues
- Record, track, and update support tickets using ITSM tools such as Service Now
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions
- 1–2 years of relevant technical support experience
- Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware and software support, operating systems, audio‑visual meeting room systems, Bloomberg application troubleshooting
- Arabic speaker mandatory
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Service Now
- Professional appearance and strong client‑facing communication skills
- Ability to provide quality support in a fast‑paced environment
- CompTIA A+
- ITIL Foundation
- Other relevant IT certifications
