Position: Technical Support Jobs – IT Support Vacancies at Marc Ellis UAE

Marc Ellis is hiring a Technical Support professional to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This 12-month contract opportunity is suitable for IT support specialists with experience in desktop troubleshooting, software support, meeting room technologies, and IT service management systems. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside and remote IT support for incidents and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Configure and deploy laptops and provide post‑implementation support
  • Support applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and similar business tools
  • Set up meeting rooms, including audio‑visual equipment and related systems
  • Troubleshoot Bloomberg application and terminal issues
  • Record, track, and update support tickets using ITSM tools such as Service Now
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware and software support, operating systems, audio‑visual meeting room systems, Bloomberg application troubleshooting
  • Arabic speaker mandatory
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Service Now
  • Professional appearance and strong client‑facing communication skills
  • Ability to provide quality support in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Certifications
  • CompTIA A+
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Other relevant IT certifications
