Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track payment performance and KPIs
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses on payment channel efficiency, cost optimization, and user behavior patterns
- Monitor data quality and integrity across payment systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support business and product teams with ad‑hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments
- Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for payment‑related datasets
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reporting
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support growth strategies
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Payment, banking, or fintech industry background required
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R)
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with payment ecosystems — card processing, local payment methods, settlement flows, or digital wallets
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning techniques
