We are looking for an experienced MDM Lead – Oracle to join a leading banking client in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and hands‑on expertise with Oracle MDM technologies, we'd love to hear from you!
KeySkills & Experience:
8+ years of MDM experience, preferably in the banking domain
- Oracle Customer Hub (OCH)
- Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ)
- Siebel UCM
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Data cleansing, standardization, matching, de‑duplication & clustering
- Merge/Unmerge processes
- Publish/Subscribe models
- Data quality rules, root cause analysis & continuous improvement
- Lead and manage enterprise MDM initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Design, deliver, support, and enhance Oracle MDM solutions.
- Establish enterprise standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure compliance with MDM governance policies and organizational frameworks.
- Prepare documentation and support internal/external audit requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
