Junior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant Role Overview:
We are seeking Junior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and enhancement of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions. The role combines functional banking knowledge with technical expertise to support implementation, integrations, data migration, testing, and production readiness across enterprise banking environments.
Key Responsibilities:Functional Consulting
- Participate in business requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Configure and support Oracle FLEXCUBE modules including CASA, Loans & Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange.
- Support business users during SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsals, and Go-Live activities.
- Assist in solution validation and business process optimization.
- Support FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL scripts, reports, and batch processes.
- Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with business teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation standards and banking best practices.
