Presight is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – AI Engineering to lead AI engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives. This is a leadership-focused role responsible for shaping AI strategy, managing delivery across multiple projects, and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business impact.

• Lead, coach, and develop AI engineering teams, driving performance and capability building
• Define and execute AI strategy and portfolio prioritization aligned to business objectives
• Oversee delivery of multiple AI initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and risk control
• Manage delivery risks related to data readiness, model performance, integration, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI products and solutions
• Engage with stakeholders and clients, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and security
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or related technology domains
• Proven experience managing engineering or AI teams
• Strong experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments
• Solid understanding of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI systems
• Experience defining AI strategy, roadmap, and prioritizing multiple initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, enterprise or client-facing environments

• Experience managing multiple AI projects or programs simultaneously
• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, AI transformation, or large-scale implementations
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value
