The ideal candidate will be responsible for ticket configuration, pricing, access control, system troubleshooting, reporting, and financial reconciliation while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with ticketing platforms are essential.
Skills- Ticketing system configuration & management
- Ticket sales, pricing, discounts & complimentary tickets
- Access control, QR/barcode validation & gate operations
- Ticketing hardware setup (printers, scanners, POS devices)
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Dashboard creation & data analysis
- Basic SQL, APIs & automation/scripting
- Payment gateways & financial reconciliation
- System testing (UAT) & troubleshooting
- Event-day ticketing operations & support
- Reporting, audit & compliance
